When you sign up for the beta waitlist, we use your email address to inform you about the launch of Aidmin, the availability of the beta version and early-access opportunities, as well as news and offers relating to Aidmin.
Sign-up is voluntary and based on your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time – via the unsubscribe link in every email or by message to office@aidmin.ch.

To operate this website and provide the necessary functions, Aidmin uses technical service providers. This website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking or advertising technologies. In particular, we do not use services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar or comparable offerings, and we do not embed third-party content that could track you.
To improve and securely operate the website, we collect aggregated, cookieless access statistics. These are determined server-side from the respective request – for example the page accessed, the referrer, coarse browser and device information, and the approximate country of origin based on the IP address at the time of access. No information is stored on or read from your device, no personal profiles are created, and no data is transferred to third parties. No consent is required for this.
For the language selection (public area) and – in the admin area – for the sign-in session, only your device's local browser storage (localStorage) is used. These entries are strictly necessary for the functioning of the website or secure sign-in, do not require consent and are not transferred to third parties.
We store your email address for as long as you wish to be informed about the launch, the beta version and news about Aidmin – that is, until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the active distribution list.
